for everyone
DSC00922 key

The theme this week for picture perfect is safe ..

1. protected, sound, guarded. Safe, secure may both imply that something can be regarded as free from danger. These words are frequently interchangeable. Safe, however, is applied rather to a person or thing that is out of or has passed beyond the reach of danger: The ship is safe in port. Secure is applied to that about which there is no need to fear or worry: to feel secure about the future; The foundation of the house does not seem very secure. 4. sure, reliable. 5. wary, careful. 8. strongbox, coffer, chest, safe-deposit box.

This is mine.

Locks definitely reassure us... great take on the theme... thanks for stopping by

The key is only as safe as the lock, or is it the lock is only as safe as the key not lost? Oh well ... the comfort in knowing you are safe is what matters ... great theme shot.

Thanks for dropping by, and yes, all animals such as her need protection.

Very unique take on the theme. That key is rather unusual looking. I like how the light is refracted and the pic is a little blurred. Good job!

I don't know what we'd do without locks on our front doors.

Even a locked door is only safe if we turn the key in it....What is out of danger behind the door...or is the danger in keeping safe. (is this a skeleton key?)

Yep todays world means locks to help keep us safe .. its a shame, I can remember as a child not having to lock doors or lock your car for that matter. We even left the keys in it... Cant even do that today!
